Incite Inc. is a large data collection and analysis company co-founded by Liam Dempsey Sr. and run by his son, Liam Dempsey Jr. They are the creators of the world's most advanced AI, Rehoboam, which they use to watch and analyse human subjects.

Incite was founded by Liam Dempsey Sr. with help from his son, Liam Dempsey Jr., who is the current CEO of the company. Shortly after the companies inception, they created the system Rehoboam, in which they fed files on every human on the planet; this was prevented, however, with the introduction of data privacy laws.[1] Incite made large gains by having Rehoboam trade money in hedge funds. Serac showed Liam Dempsey Sr. that they made 100 million dollars in a week from 5 million. Rehoboam was able to show all the major stock market indices 15 minutes into the future.
Shortly after Rehoboam's creation and his father's death, Liam lost control of Rehoboam, but remained in charge of the company in hopes of someday shutting down the system his father had created.
