In the HBO series Westworld, a "Human" is "a human being, especially a person as distinguished from an animal or (in science fiction) an alien." [1] In Westworld it is nearly impossible to distinguish a human from a Host.

Unlike the hosts, the humans evolved naturally from primates over millions of years. According to Ford, the Homo Sapeins wiped out all other races with sapience, such as the neanderthals.

Over the years they managed to create society, culture and technology.
