Jean Mi Serac is Engerraund Serac's brother and the genius mind behind Solomon and it's eventual successor, Rehoboam.
Despite being a brilliant mind, Jean Mi is schizophrenic, causing both Serac and Rehoboam, to view him as an outlier; in order to fix this, Serac put his brother into stasis following failed reconditioning therapy.[1]
