Liang was a butcher who worked at the same slaughterhouse where Bernard Lowe was hiding under the fake identity "Armand Delgado".

Liang, alongside his colleague Joe, became suspicious of their colleague Armand Delgado, and figured out that he was actually Bernard Lowe, the Head of Behavior Lab and Diagnostics at the Delos Parks.
The two men tried to score capture Bernard and collect the reward that was promised of him, but the Host managed to fight them off, knocking both out.
