Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance (shortened to QA) was a division of Delos Destinations which oversees the standards and safety at Westworld and the other parks. The division oversaw three departments: Park Operations, Forensics and Security Response.

Besides the security force QA also maintains its own staff of technicians that operate separately from the Behavior Division staff.

Prior to her death, QA was headed by Theresa Cullen. Due to the proximity between her death and the host uprising, a new head of QA hasn't been selected.
