RICO is an app used by individuals to accept short term and illegal work - such as robbing ATMs, kidnapping, and more. Users of the app are alerted to work that they may be qualified for.
Caleb uses RICO to add to his construction work income[1] .
The app is run by Rehoboam as a way to get certain "outliers" to take out other outliers. [2] However it's not just Solomon and Rehoboam posting jobs. It seems likely that others can post jobs and there have been at least 3 instances where this was the case. The most notable of these being Dolores hiring Ash and Giggles, to re-route protesters, and to hire escorters for herself and Caleb. There appear to be a wide array of jobs posted and it seems likely that only a few of them are for Incite Inc.
The Name
The name's meaning is still unclear, it may be an anagram. Some suggestions are:
- Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations act, an allusion to crime in general, and the function of the app of organizing criminals specefically.
- Rico is Spanish for "rich".

- Caleb uses the name Nkl-n-D1med on RICO and has Level 7
- Ash is Ashes2Ashes and has Level 24
- Giggles is G1GGL3S24 with Level 15.[1]
